We work really hard at Mike on a Bike to ensure that your order is packed and delivered within 60 minutes of ordering. However, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances it might not be possible to make a delivery on time. In some situations we may offer you a form of compensation to make up for this delay. This compensation is not always guaranteed or required, and will be determined by our management on a case by case basis.
If for some reason your order doesn’t get to you at all (god forbid), just contact us through our live chat system, accessible from the green talk bubble at the bottom right of this page.
Our order tracking system will allow you to track your order right to your door. You’ll be able to contact the delivery driver should any issues arise by text or by call. Our system is completely private and none of your information will be shared.
For security reasons, our couriers will not enter the delivery premises for any reason. You will be required to meet our couriers outside at your premises entrance.
We accept cash or debit only. Payment is required upon delivery.
All our orders are delivered in discreet packaging with no markings indicating the contents of whats inside.
If for some reason you have received a product that is damaged, incorrect or otherwise unsatisfactory, please let us know within 48 hours so we can investigate right away. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team and a credit or replacement product will be given when appropriate.
We conduct deliveries from 3pm to 10pm, 7 days a week. We take some holidays off. We’ll let you know when we do.
